Wraparound care

Wraparound Care Booking Policy

• We do not issue refunds for cancelled bookings or non-attendance (no-shows).
• If your child is unable to attend their booking, please notify us by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. We will be happy to either transfer the booking to an alternative date (subject to availability) or credit the value of the booking to your account for future use.
• Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a transfer, or account credit.
